I called for towing services on Friday and the guy took all of my information. He called back hours later stating that he wasn’t going to do the drive and that he would refund me. It’s been 3 days (as he stated I would see the refund) and I haven’t received anything but nasty remarks from the owner. He started screaming at me over the phone when I inquired about the refund. This whole situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable!
