I was looking a replacement transmission oil cooler for one of my vehicles, and it was a (too good to be true) good price. I had initially placed some personal info, such as as e-mail, name, physical address, etc. on a used car parts website, and received a call from "mark" less than 30 minutes after. Going to processing the transaction, I'm hit with a 6-digit code text from my bank (I didn't initiate it), and refused to read the code as it felt and was a red flag. I hung up and called the number accompanied with the text, of which the person on the phone said it was legit(?). So I called Mark to proceed with the transaction through paypal and couldn't use the initial credit card and used a different cc (through paypal). With the payment processed, I never received an order confirmation for the part, but was told via email, the part would arrive in 4-5 days. I called the phone number on my credit card, and the person said it was blocked/frozen because of 10+ failed charges for jewelry and other things that had nothing to do with car parts! I literally cancelled the order in a days time cause the vibe was still very off ($$$ charged and no order confirmation, estimated time of delivery, and the invoice was cancelled). I received a phone call by "mark", clearly upset and called my behavior disgusting, definitely unprofessional from a customer service/support standpoint. I got my money refunded and do not wish for anyone to take a random phone call almost right after input information onto a website.

I thought I was ordering a part for my vehicle. Against my better judgment, I let the payment go through, as I was checking my account while on the phone with them, they racked up almost $3k in charges. Needless to say I canceled, the card. I can't file a dispute until the charges go through... smh

I don’t have an order number because Mark didn’t send it. I have called a few times. I keep getting hung up on. I placed the order on the phone with Mark. He will not answer my calls or text. One time I called I was told there is no Mark working there. One time I was told without order number they could not help. One time they said they will send refund but I would have to give card number Well we had to cancel the card we used to place order. So I gave them a different card to put money back. Then I got 2 charges from India on my card. Now that is canceled also. Ask to send me a check. Agent said he would and would call me back tomorrow. Your customer service is bad really bad.

I purchased body parts for a car and never received it Took my money.
I never did get my money back. And they will not refund my money back. I call them and they change their name. Express medical supply now. 237.00 I've called and called and called. And they keep telling me some different kind of story every time. I call and I'm trying to Settle this without trying to go through a court system.

They will ask you for your card number and then ask for the text your card sent you over and over untill tou catch on
