I went to order my sons birth cirtificate this business said that it was quick and easy and as soon as I submitted my order I received an email saying there was more i needed to complete. I tried to call but there is no way to talk to a person. I emailed them and they insisted on harassing and sending rude emails. All I wanted was my money back and they refused. The website is express vitals.com they are 100% fraud!
