This person was hired to put in an outside elevator lift. NAME started the job approximately three weeks later than said, but only came one to two times a week and worked about four hours a day. He didn’t show up for 4 1/2 days and when Contact was made, he never responded. The quality of the rail is very poor. Wheel is almost off of the track and the wheels are not positioned so the cart will go up the rail system that has a bend in it. He was contacted to see if we could get $10,000 back out of the $13,500 that we had given him. we figured we would give him $3500 because of the material that he did buy and the little bit of time he spent there but he has not responded at all. The last time we heard from him was over five weeks ago. we had a contractor come out and look at the real system that was installed to see if it could be completed by somebody else, and he said that the system is not safe enough to be used and needs to be pulled out of the ground and started over.
