I looked up a website to enroll in a medical marijuana program. I called the number. Scheduled an appointment with Cynthia Booth who emailed me paperwork and took my appointment payment. She informed me it would be an outside appointment and Dr.Lopez would come to my vehicle and do the in person assessment that is required by law. The day before the appointment DR. Lopez called and said he was not feeling well and my appointment could be over the phone or next week. I said I would wait until next week. He got mad and asked why I couldn’t do it over the phone. He then texted me he had a family emergency in Houston and would call me tomorrow.
