Saturday morning (6/29/2024) that he registered the horse for delivery with Express Freight. The company texted me and wanted me to zelle them $800 for insurance to deliver the horse. I refused to send them any money unless they could be verified. The company owner refused to give me the address of the company, phone number or verify herself to be true. The company website has many red flags on it. There is no phone number, address or any way to pay for services on the website. The owner finally sent me her id and it is from Germany. I called the Woodbury police department, where the owner said they were located, and there is no such business there. I have police report with the Columbus GA PD against the owner of the horse because a deposit of $300 was made. I have all of the conversations between myself and the other parties involved. After doing some investigating of my own, I fell like all of the parties are actually the same person. The owner of the horse has since removed his Facebook account. I do have a copy of his DL but the picture does not match his Facebook account pictures.
