I bought 3 lip liners from this company. Was supposed to be Pinked, Muahve, and Noohde, But I received Light Brown, Wine and Dark Brown. Not even the same as they showed in the video. I sent them an email and of course they say we will give you $6 in compensation. You can return but you have to return to China and it’s too expensive. So, I asked for the address, then I get a reply, well we need to see the scan bar to make sure what you are saying is true, so I sent them that. Then I get we will give you $8 compensation. It looks like everything is correct. I was like nooo I did not get the Pink, I got a Dark Brown, I don’t wear Dark Brown, and I sent them pics from my order the exact day I ordered them. Nothing like what I received. Still won’t give me the address tells me it’s a manufacturing issue, to keep their product, and they will only compensate me $8. That’s such BS. I told them I want a full refund and the address because I don’t want to keep their product! Such Scammers!!
