The scammer identified as: Shark Tank Keto Pills. I looked into purchasing the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies. After entering card info, the site kept asking if I'd like additional products. I didn't want anything else, however there was no option to click "No". I decided to not make the purchase, so I backed out of the screen and immediately received a message that my order went through. They charged me $125 for the ACV gummies and another $15.90 for two additional products I did not want. They sent an email. When I tried to reply asking them to cancel the order, my email would not send and it froze my phone. I restarted my phone and emailed again with a new email instead of replying. It went through, but no response. I emailed 3 times! I received the pills. I decided not to take the chance on returning them as I do not believe the company will issue a refund. (There is no receipt or contact information in the package.) Two weeks later, I received a new email saying that another order was shipping and I will again being charged, this time $97.90. I have called their customer service number twice and sat on hold for an hour. No one answers. Today I had to cancel my card. Do not buy Shark Tank Keto! I didn't even sign up for a subscription. I wasn't asked about subscribing and believed it was a one-time purchase, so I was willing to take the first loss but not every month! They are just sugary gummy pills, nothing more.
