Caught the first $19.99 charge on my bank card. Called service no. twice and both times got the run around. They said they would cancel my account (which I never set up) and offered to give me 25% refund. They had to much info about me. Said I must have received some supplement for free. If it was free how did an entirely different named company get my information. If something is free you don’t need to use a bank card no. This 30 day cancellation policy (in tiny print) is such an illegal and exploitive action. Everyone doing this should be fined. Which your accounts for this crooked companies name and charges. What a bunch of crooks.

Visiting my family in Florida I got a sms over Barclaycard purchases totalling 500 USD. When I managed to check a otherwise unused account, I also found the Exquisitesummer charge of 19,99 USD. Talking to the fraud department blocking my card I found out that ALL other 4 purchases additional to the above are related and Exisitesummer is only the testing company. If not cought, amounts get higher.

I'm grateful I read this before I called the customer service line. I had the same experience as the previous entries, they refused to refund my account. I told them that I would report them to the better Business bureau and then I was offered a 50% refund which I declined and then she agreed to 100% refund.

Same thing just happened to me, March 14th 2021. Listed on my bank as a mail online order under Exquisite Summer. Bank gave me the cust service phone number 1-844-606-0092. Sd it was from a Feb 4th sign up w/an application (only app on my phone is for Lyft) named Popeye's Venture. Josie the CS rep sd she wld refund me 25%, I insisted on the full amount, 75% she said. I replied that I would call the Better Business Bureau re this if the FULL amt was not refunded. She quickly spoke to a supervisor while I was on hold and then came back to me with yes, we can refund the full amount AS LONG AS YOU AGREE NOT TO CALL THE BBB! Unreal! Ofc I sd yes, but it better be off my card ASAP. Looked back thru my emails, nothing under either name. So yes beware and if you do get charged mention scampulse (I did) and that you will report them to BBB and any other agencies you can think of. Hopefully this girl was honest w/me and I get the money in my acct in a few business days. Never heard of ES or P'sV. I get a lot of smaples thru the mail & I suspect the sharing of info wound up in their hands and they just go ahead and charge you, tho I NEVER pay for a smaple, the ones that are free and ask for a credit card #, I just delete the info, never put in my card #. I did get a confirmation number as well from this Josie so that bodes well. But yeah, watch out for this craziness!

I have just been reviewing my bank statement. I found a charge from a company called Exquisite Summer, which I have never heard of. I called the number on my bank statement and spoke with someone who said his name was Greg.

He had all of my personal information including my phone number and email and home addresses and said that it was a legitimate charge for a fitness application. I explained to him that I did not order a fitness application and there is no one in my household to have ordered the application. He said it was already processed and there was no product just an application and that he would stop any further charges and close my account but refused to refund the fee they have charged me. I explain to him again that I have never heard of their company, I did not order a fitness application and that somehow my information had been hacked and used to order the application and that I wanted a refund. He refused to refund the charge.

BTW, I never received the fitness application or any other communication from this company only this illegitimate charge to my bank account.
