First contact via postal service came in the form of a collection's letter stating I owe $34. I have never heard of this company so I called. The agent I spoke with said they closed my credit card processing account for non payment. I have only done business with one credit card processor and closed that account 10 months ago. I was still getting billed from the company even after several phone calls where I was promised I was going to receive a refund. I finally put a stop payment on that company. I have never heard of EXS and even if they controlled the company I was using that account was closed via call, letter, and cancellation form. Be sure to do your research before dealing with this company
