I saw the ad on Facebook and did an internet search for reviews. The reviews were good so I purchased the item. My husband and I are both in IT, but when we received the item the neither the set-up directions or reset directions worked. I sent an email to support and called support. Support did no troubleshooting, just said I could pay to return the item (refused to tell me the costs) or I could get a 75% refund and keep it. I chose to keep it, and take the 75% but I believe this is a scam and they are knowingly sending devices that don't work, and either keeping the full amount for people who don't bother to call, or making the money on the 25%.
