On 12/5/2018 I ordered a Three wheeled Electric scooter through this company and never received my order. Upon using the phone number listed no one ever answered. No reply to me except that my order of $89.99 was accepted. However, I sent numerous emails to the contact name and still no answer. Finally I filed papers to my bank and their reply, " The bank said I authorized this payment and therefore was nothing they could do." So I ordered this due to having Fibromyalgia and could use this when I was having trouble walking.

We ordered a three-wheeled electric scooter from extol-stowaway .Did not get any information such as the company's address or phone, just an invoice with our order number. So I emailed them and got no response. This item was ordered on Dec 4 and today, Jan 7 we received a cheap plastic watch from the company. I emailed them again and still no reply from them

The watch came from Secaucus,NJ.After looking for reviews on this company I have found many complaints online saying they also ordered the scooter and got a piece of plastic in the mail and can't reach anyone to talk to.
