I placed an ad in craigslist in late February for some help in transportation and I was contacted by Extra Hands America/North Alabama by a gentleman by the name of Matthew Collier and he texted me asked me my situation and he asked me the type of help I needed and I explained that my husband that we needed assistance in transportation and housing. They said that they could help procure housing assistance and rental assistance. I explained that we were on a fixed income and had bad credit and we were in a situation and we needed a car and place to live. They did an assessment and said that we are eligible. Robert Collier asked for a list of things that we needed and he never deliver any of house hold products, promise free dentistry, medical, and auto assistance

We saw him about three others and he then disappeared and they changed their phone number on us and we can text Robert Collier and or Matthew. We tried to contact Christine Horton at Extra America Hands America and she never returned our call either.

I contact the BBB in North Alabama and they are tried to assistance us.

I gave them $250.00 and they said it for a good will down payment for assistance.

They have appeared on craigslist
