Type of a scam Nigerian/Foreign Money Exchange

SUBJECT: 400,000 $ worth of commission not paid by Mr. Atsushu Hisatsumi, CEO of Extravaganza, USA
Short brief: Patron team headed by Mr. Atsushi Hisatsumi, came to India, signed me as an advisor on the board of their company,
I was suppose to get 1.46 million tokens for deal signed in India and 200,000$ worth tokens(1.46 million tokens)
ICO ended on 9th May 2018 and they just gave me 100,000 tokens and they don’t want to pay any more.
DETAILS:
6th January 2018– Yagub Rahimov introduced Patron to my company, I was suppose to help them to raise funds for their ICO
8th January 2018– I introduced first billionaire investor to PATRON in Dubai
18th to 20th January 2018 – Mr. Atsushi Hisatsumi, Mr. Terry, Mr. Kosuke Takada visited India, we signed a 1.2 Million $ deal with my first investor. The agreement was signed by both parties with special terms as this was a diamond block deal and money to be paid after token sale. Patron was only at 150,000$ collection by then, so we were the first big investor to show trust on Patron. After this success, I was asked personally by Atsushi to join Patron advisory board.
In between period I gave interview to Business Live channel promoting Patron in India, promoted Patron on social media, 2 other big deal didn’t materialize in India. But 2 million $ worth similar deal was in pipeline in Dubai with better terms but was refused by Mr. Terry as they had already crossed 10 Million $ soft cap by that time.
In between Patron got very good success in other parts of the globe.
April whole month Terry and team kept avoiding us as they didn’t wanted to honour the investment agreement and my advisory agreement.
For one month we kept chasing Patron team.
On 6th May, investor had to fly down to Dubai to catch Patron team as they were there for ICO summit, after long discussion, Patron agrees for following,
Investor will get 8 million tokens against 18 million token promised in signed agreement
I as an advisor, was suppose to get 1.46 million tokens for investors deal, was offered today after many reminders 100,000 tokens, (6%)
My advisory fees of 200,000$ worth tokens was refused.
The non response and humiliation we faced in last 2 months, I am not even mentioning this.

1)I have a email from Mr. Atsushi accepting all terms (attached)
2) I have screen shots of 1.46 million tokens reflected on my web platform, which later they robbed(attached)
3) Screenshot showing me as advisor on their website( attached)
4)I have all conversation between us on Skype, whats app, telegram and email.
