I receive a text from verizon monthly with notification of my bill automatic deduction from credit card. This months message had a 'survey' tacked onto it so I presumed it was legal from verizon. It was for expensive earbuds for the cost of shipping. Sounded great so I did it. When the text came after the survey, it showed I had not only paid shipping for the earbuds but a watch as well. Product arrived and they were truly cheap items. I was disappointed with earbuds, still pissed about the watch. Two weeks later I get a billing for the products as it was supposed to be only a trial and I had to pay for them, ($105) or return. There had been no warning on either the survey or in the package for product return. My credit card flagged the charge as fraudulent and notified me and cancelled the charge. The original survey charge came from ordermwsbrands.com from TX75032 then armproductsshop.TX. subsequent fraudulent charge came from armbrandsonlinewatches no state. All these companies used the same phone number 1.888.860.7944. I called the number hoping to figure out who this was and they are the 3rd party phone call center. She said their info for the companies was in Florida. They were able to clear charges and, per them, any personal info of mine. I am cross and would love to hear if any of this was dealt with.
