Advertisement received about Christmas Tree Shops going out of business sale online. Placed order. Received tracking info in an email. Checked it and saw it was supposedly coming from China and got concerned not expecting that. Didn't see a change in few days and wrote them; they sent tracking link that said it had been delivered in my town. Different email from initial business response. They responded that I should check with my post office, that their records say things were delivered. I work mostly remote; no way it would have been missed. Wrote back that I didn't believe them and got apology asking if I wanted to check with post office or get refund. Replied about refund but email came back undeliverable. Can't get in touch now.
