Okay so I have worked for this company for about eight months and decided to leave all a sudden due to immoral practices. I am a college student and decided to go back to school full time. What the company does is uses people's insurance to pay for glasses that was never that expensive to begin with. For instance, someone would come in and pay cash for glasses. Let's say this person is Alex. The company will use another patient's benefits that they did not use and send it through their insurance and gets paid double. EyeSymmetry has been using multiple insurance scams and they have an entire system for it. The manager (doctor's wife) is behind everything. When I discovered it I had gone into my co-worker Rebecca's office and she had explained everything. Even told me that Jody came up with the idea and sometimes they'll mess up and have to pay out of pocket for people's glasses. Insurance lost money and will make people's insurance rates go up.They are the Raven's Eye doctor and messed with the raven's teams insurance, I have more evidence of all of this as well. I can provide exact names however the directions say not to use personally identifiable information so I would leave the last names out.
