Website falsely advertises it’s a monitoring app without explaining software must be downloaded on the phone in question and that it is meant for minors. They steal your money and refuse to refund.

Company has not wanted to provide my refund nor will not. They have attempted to make a policy that states under whatever circumstances no one can receive a refund regardless if they received the service or not. In this case I have not received their service, nor do I want it now.
