Called to schedule a chimney cleaning with a Special deal going on. Trying to contact them to cancel the appointment for 9/29 and keep getting a busy signal

Also no website found

What can I do to cancel or am I obligated to pay them. Don’t want them to come or service my my house. Have not been victimized yet until they arrive tomorrow
