Type of a scam Phishing
Needing assistance with blog writing I reached out
I called the number and spoke with an individual - Dave Austin
His English was not perfect - so I thought that name was suspicious.
He gave me the run down on what they do, how it works etc
They had been in business for 10 years
The fee per blog was $60 - and he was offering me a one time deal of $50. That is extremely cheap for a 2000 word blog
He said that he had 70-80 in house professional writers who worked for CNN, BBC and other major news outlets
That was hard to believe. I asked again, where his writers were located and he said in house in Fairmont, CA
He sent me the link to sign up
I clicked the link and the first thing it went to was a payment screen asking for my credit card. Very strange
I sent a message to the chat feature on the web site asking where they were located and he sent me an address to a non existent address in Fresno not Fairmont. I asked about that, and he said they had locations everywhere. Their website indicates a location in Brooklyn.
When I confronted him - he got very defensive. I told him this is scam - and here's his reply. STAY AWAY FROM EZ CONTENT WRITING
"people like you can never raise business and can never raise your brain, you came to me we never asked you to visit us, you put a request yourself for blog writing and then you claim we can't speak english? Please do not make fun of yours.
we know what we are doing since years and we know our clients are satisfied with the quality of service we provide to them, I think you need to go back to school and start learning lesson's of life and how to react in a corporate world"
