Purchased a shed kit online directly from their website and received a initial order confirmation on April 19,2020. Web site stated up to 10 days to create the kit and ship from their facility. 4 weeks went by with no updates. I emailed the customer 6 times and finally received an update that they were having issues getting materials but my order would ship the following week. That week came and passed with no shipment. Emailed again. They now stated that it would ship out the next day. I did receive an automated shipping notice with a tracking number but after a week, the tracking showed that the shipment never left their facility. I finally cancelled the order after 6 weeks and I was told money would be refunded. That was on June 1st and its now July 14th and I have yet to receive my money back. They state they are looking into it but I am not holding out much hope that my money will be returned. I cant reverse the charges thru my bank because the 30 time limit has expired. That is because I was still waiting for it to be shipped out after 4 weeks.
