This scammer, EZ Money Loans, sent me an email on 12/26/2019 alleging that I owe $413.36 for a loan I applied for on 4/30/2015. It states that I can "pay off this debt by making one-time settlement of $250.00 today."

I never applied for a loan in 2015. The email also contains a "filed" legal document (I did a case search in the Los Angeles County Superior Court system with no results) and a "Payday Loan Agreement." It contains my name, the last four of my SSN, my old address, and my phone number.

I have never applied with this company and they are sent me an email to make payment arrangement. They have information on me like social security number. There is no phone number and fake transmission of court documents and computerized signature. Crooks.

I did not take out a loan with this company. They have my address, social security number, and my old phone number. I always get my business transactions through my bank account. It says I took it out on February 4, 2016. I checked my bank statements from January through March, 2014 and there are NO ACH deposits into my account bearing the loan amount ($***) nor is there any showing of the company loaning me any money at that time. This sounds like a scam. I googled the address they gave me for the company location and there is no such place 706 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90014. The court house information is a mismatch as well, for there is nothing but a building under construction. Court Of California
