Same thing here. Ordered in May 2020 and just get email that says shipping is delayed. I am not a lawyer, but can we file a class action lawsuit against this company. Why are they allowed to do this. I paid $110 for the Leg massager on my credit card. Very frustrating.

I ordered a leg massager 3 months ago and never recieved it. After looking up the fake 800 # it does not work. I am out of $99. They ste on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
I read several reviews and after that, that's when I seen that they were a scam. My suggestion to anyone that has been scammed by them stay posting it on fb any social media that u have. If they dt give u an order# cal ur bank right away and cancel that order.

I have looked up their phone numbers and there address. I have email them back and all they give me is an excuse I am sick and tired of it I talk to my banking institution they Point Blank said there was nothing come back in from there they keep playing dumb they told me that my products was sent to Florida and I did not give them a Florida address I do not live in Florida they tell me a lie after another lie. I have proof of everything I have correspondence from them as well they won't call I have left several messages at the phone number that they provided when I looked it up it is not right I want my money back we need to do something. I hope I'm not sitting here filling out this complaint for nothing there's something needs to be done about this.

Responded to an advertisement online through Facebook social media and made a purchase of vehicle ceramic coating. Have been in contact with the company who claims the product was being shipped from China and “had trouble getting through customs.” Was promised 3 different delivery dates neither of which arrived, nor are there answers. The tracking number is Chinese and when put into tracking tool they provided does not produce results. This is believed to be a scam. The product was ordered mid March and has not arrived as of May 14th evening time EST.

They never deliver, just stall and stall. They will also block you from commenting on FaceBook about the product or site. I commented and tried to comment again and was blocked from doing so.

Saw their advertising through Facebook. Ordered one of their product and have been waiting for over a month. When I went to contact them via email, they said that my product was shipped that day (funny), and that I will be getting a tracking number within 2 days. Never did. When I went and did my research... I found a website where complaints after complaints of customers said they never received theirs either. And when I went and emailed them again telling them they were scammers, ironically, they didn’t know how to reply back anymore....Smdh
