I received several calls from this group. They told me I had an outstanding lab bill from 2019. I asked what lab, what address did they mail my bill to, what dr. They would not give me that information. Being I always pay my bills, and I was fully insured I was horrified. The first gal that called was getting rude so I hung up. I looked up my lab billing from that year and all were paid so I calmed down and decided to wait. She said she turned me over to credit bureau.(bill was 441.20).
The next week I received a call from a guy that told me same story and said this was my last chance. I said I don’t pay anything without a bill. He kept saying they sent three and that is all. Kept saying I should pay my bills and that I was cheating these people out of their money. My heart was racing and I was furious! I said you are an [censored] and don’t call back. I hung up. He then sent an email with a formal letter saying refusal to pay etc. Then he called (different number as I blocked the first). I hung up again. Another email came through saying now a late fee of 400.00 was added for hanging up on a manager and that I was rude.(lol really)
By this time my husband Found this page! I hope that something can be done about these people. I saved letters and phone numbers. I hope the state or someone can catch these terrible people.

on 12/1, 12/8, 12/9, and 12/13/2021 this company pulled out over 3600 from our account. I do not know who they are, we do not have any accounts in collections. so not sure whats going on, but i will find them. Putting in a grievance with FL Attorney General, for dishonest and theft.

Took money from my father's account without any notice! No one authorized for them to withdrawal any money from my father's bank account! I tried calling them at (561) 757-4636 and of course as soon as I called it automatically went to a voicemail that says “your call is very important to us, and you'll be connected to the next available agent”. Then I was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and then I was automatically hung up on! Typical of a company that is SOOO FULL of B.S. to not want to talk to a customer. On top of that, I tried calling back several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME it goes straight to voicemail and I get put on hold. No one ever answers the phone! This company is full of c[censored]! Scam, Scam, Scam! If you look up this companies owner, this person has several companies all over the U.S. So they run scams to other states as well. Piece of S[censored] company!

I see some post on here saying that they call before they make any withdrawals or they give you some type of notice beforehand. NO THEY DON'T! My father hasn't received any call whatsoever. No letter either. Nothing! Also, my dad called his doctors office after he saw that his bank account being withdrawn from F & W Billing Services and his doctor's office said they didn't even send out any bill yet! How can F & W Billings Services even take any amount out of someone's account with no authorization from the bank or the account holder and how can they even take money out BEFORE a bill was sent out?!?!?! This company is so deceiving! Horrible. These guys are TRASH!

Our father was hit with a fraudulent bill by F&W Billing Services of nearly $500 in June 2021. We verified with his physician that this was not a genuine medical bill. The e mail he received did not include a contact number nor a physician's name - two dead giveaways of fraud, according to our doctors. However, they had been able to hit his credit card for the money and we immediately reported to Fraud Prevention at his bank.

In July, he received a call regarding a similar bill. Again, we confirmed with his physician that this was a fraudulent bill. The July call said that charges were related to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp - between the two, these labs process a large number of medical tests. They said that his payment had beed declined in June; the truth is, they were unable to process further because he had replaced the card that had been hit. It's likely they were going to try again.

The key:
The doctors told us that they NEVER solicit payments over the phone.
Elderly individuals should NEVER pay over the phone.
ALWAYS check with your doctor's billing specialist.

F&W's address is alternately located in Lake Park FL, Riviera Beach FL, or Palm Springs FL. The original e mail our dad received was from Liberty Medical Billing, but the fraudulent invoice indicated F&W Billing Services. And as noted in previous reviews, we have verified the company is registered under the name of an individual with extensive criminal history in FL, NC, and CT.

F & W billing services, are only their to help AVOID the collection process. I DO NOT THINK THIS A SCAM! They call to give you the opportunity to AVOID collections, they reduce the price due to people on fixed incomes. They do provide a receipt, after your payment is a approved. They do not send mail, due to them being a COLLECTION AGENT! Stop thinking everybody is out to get yall. They surly do submit this person debt, with the 4 major credit bureaus which adds a 35% collection fee on it. The debt is valid, from 2018-2019. F & W is very legit, Very helpful.

My experience was the same. A bill from 2018 that if I didn’t pay they would sue me or send me to collections. I stupidly paid and now i can’t get ahold of anyone through that number.

My experience was the same as many described above. F and W Billing claimed I had an outstanding medical claim from 2018. Then said I would soon owe $400 but I could reduce the cost to $300 if I paid immediately. Unfortunately I did.
They hedged or became impossibly vague when I asked the name of the physician, the procedure or test or the billing practice or office. In fact they .switched the name when I said I never dealt with the company/laboratory and couldn't be precise about anything.. I became suspicious when I told them I had excellent insurance and Medicare which would have covered blood work, Stupidly gave them my credit card info anyway. The receipt said it was for a CBC and related blood work and a sed rate. None of which I had had at that time.. All my blood work has always been covered by insurance. Further I had always paid my bills on time It is disgusting that F and W tries to dupe seniors. Really disgusting. Frankly I was relieved to find F and W on the scam page--provides support for my outrage. And employees use the same script!

My 87 year old father was pressured over the phone to pay a bill for blood work, also around $400 as stated by a previous reviewer. They claim that they sent a bill previously. As I help my father with all his transactions I know that no bill was received from this company. When I tried to find out information about the source of the original bill they refused to provide this information. I did this over email since there was no phone number or address on the receipt sent via email to my father. It seems like a scam to me. If they call just hang up.

DO NOT PAY! IF you paid, QUICKLY dispute this charge with your credit card company. They are in FACT a SCAM! Their real address is 1408 N Killian Dr. Lake Park, FL 33403. They are in the BACK of the building run in a converted garage by YURIY E. WESELYJ. They are drug heads. My advice is to just hang up. They will NOT submit your info to the credit bureaus and even if they did, simply dispute it with the bureaus and they will remove it because he does not hold the (made up) debt. ….former employee

Most of these comments and complaints are from fired previous employees or patients that refused to pay their bill. To get approved for a business account or a merchant account to process payments, you must provide the bank and merchant company documents showing the debts are valid, source of where you are getting your past due bills from, and give contact information, website, service agreements, proof that the debt is valid. You must provide documents showing concrete evidence that the business is legitimate before they even consider approving you for a business account or merchant. With that being said, our legitimacy is not at question by any means. Every patient is told the license number of the doctor that sent the blood work, they are told which laboratory did the testing, they are told the date, the amount owed and also are provided with the address that the laboratory sent the notices to. These are 100% valid bills. having the name of the doctor is actually against HIPPA law, just an FYI, which is a federal offense to provide sensitive medical information if it is protected under HIPPA law. HIPPA protects you from anyone just calling you giving out medical information to just anyone. On every call the patient is notified they are on a recorded line, they are also made aware that we are not a collection agency, but a retention company that is given these accounts. We are very transparent. We offer settlements, we try our best to assist every patient with understanding and compassion. The bill is 100% the responsibility of the debtor, and we are simply hired to collect on the past due balance. The patients we reach out to are patients that received their bill by mail but did not respond, so we are reaching out to people who have been avoiding their debt for quite some time. It is expected to have negative comments from those non paying patients. Thank you.

We would like to apologize for any unpleasant experience you may have had with us. Upon listening to the recording of the conversation with the agent that assisted you, the agent did state to you the address that the laboratory sent the bills to. They have three tracking numbers from priority US postal mail to prove they sent the notices, thus why we purchased the account from them to collect the remaining balance on. We did not cut your bill to $150. It was lowered to $248.66, not $150...which you agreed to and authorized with the agent that assisted you in closing the account. We are confused on why you would list us as a scam on the internet when we are clearly not...We have a recording of you authorizing the charge and resolving your account, and even the next day called for our follow up to see how our customer service was and you stated that everything was good and that you were satisfied. We also did send you your receipt as promised. So where in all of this did we deserve this comment? Neither was there any missed calls from you in regards to this. We apologize that you felt scammed in any type of way, but we can assure you that is not the case. All the correct steps and procedures have been done in reference to this account, we even assisted with a settlement. If you would like a refund we would be more than willing to do that for you, but this account will go to collections and appear on your credit report as a delinquent account. We are a legit accounts receivable agency and do not see what we had done to receive such a review in regards to your account. That review is now on a public page when anyone looks up our company. As mentioned if you would like a refund we will gladly give you one and begin the collections process for you. Let us know how you would like to proceed.

Yeah there’s a reason why, it’s because they are getting our information from shady sources and scamming us for money. I’m in the process of reporting them for fraud and fortunately my friend works for govt so they’re currently getting a warrant to go to their address is florida for a general check in.
