Total Scam Beware

I ordered a bottle of vitamins I thought were free and now I have been charged 199.88 and 59.99 for a shipment I never received. The number doesn't work 866-582-5142. I did receive a call from a rude man right after my order and I questioned the company so I asked that it be canceled. He started yelling at me telling me it couldn't be canceled til I received it even though it hadn't left the warehouse yet. I not only was charged the 199.88 and 59.99 but also 59.48 every month for over 3 months by different companies that I didn't know never heard about and definitely never ordered from. It has taken me months multiple account changes all while dealing with the loss of my father and family matters.

I made a order for F1 keto on August 2, 2022 for a buy one get one free advertisement. So I thought I did a buy one get one free and then noticed my card was charged one charge of $59.99 and a second charge of $119.88 ! When I attempted to contact the company at 866-582-5142 it was a non-working number. I did receive a package in the mail at which I did not open and just put return to sender… Which I am kicking myself now for doing. I have tried every which way to get this money refunded to no avail. I basically live paycheck to paycheck I could never have afforded this; nor would’ve I have ordered such expensive supplements! If anybody knows how to get a hold of this company or any ideas of how to help please contact me. My email address is [email protected]!

I placed an order, I called then a hour later to cancel my order and they would not cancel. They said it had been shipped . I have not received my order. They said I had 60 days to return it and I would have to pay shipping. WhenI ordered I thought I was ordering one bottle.

I ordered one bottle of their product for $59.98I was charged $119.88. The number given is not a working number and the company cannot be reached. The order was a buy one and get one free. I have been unable to get back to their website and cancel my order because they overcharged me. I'm sure I will not receive a product, nor do I want it. I believe the company to be a scam and hate that I fell for their sales pitch!

I was promised a free bottle of F1 Keto for diet purposes for $6. As it turns out the end charge was $199.88 But that was not shown until after you click OK. Then it shows up for the $199.88. The phone numbers are fake and there is no e-mail address that I can find. MY bank says they can not help me. The name on the company that came through the bank is F1 HEALTH 866 582 5142. When I called the BBB.com, they said it was a foreign country and has been disconnected.
