I ordered a Farber Castell Anniversary Case everything says Farber Castell Karlbox Karset-Art and Graphic Anniversary Case. I hit the order button and it sent me to a site that said everything Farber Castell, scrolled to the Anniversary case and ordered using my PayPal to European transaction it states Germany. But My PayPal statement states it was BNRSLEE GUANG ZHOU SH GD. I did call PAYPAL to cancel as the payment was still pending but they said I could not and I would have to wait until it was processed and file a dispute after waiting so many days to receive the item. It has been 23 days and no item, no correspondence, I did send an email to the email they listed but no response to receiving the item. I contacted Synchrony Bank in regards to the charges on my account and opened a dispute telling them I never received the item and PayPal says I am under their protection program. So after they run the information, they may or may not return my monies. Even my emails say Farber Castell on them. Showing this well known company is being used in this scam or fraud. I have uploaded the paperwork but I can't see if it is attached or not. If not please contact me I can resend.
