I never received the item, and there phone number is not active, @nd they do not respond it emails

This website is deceptive and appears to be a safe place to purchase items, however, I believe this website is a scam because after making my purchase, I went back to find the supposed tracking number I was going to get. When I started to go through the pages, I realized that all the items they had listed on their catalogue was discounted for the same price. They cary items from dog bowls to key chains. Kind of like Wish.com, except they don't have a real working phone number, have conflicting information through out the site, dead links and fake chat. The business address leads to a residential area. The return policy and terms of conditions conflict with what's advertised through out the site. The terms and conditions also seem fishy. After doing a little further research on google, a few other users also expressed concern. I decided to call my bank and cancel my credit card. The amount for all items is $29.99 and then discounted to $12.99 with free shipping on all items.
