This business charged my bank debit card for a purchase I did not make or authorized on Saturday, 6/11/22. I have never purchased anything from this place nor conducted any business with them. I have tried to contact them numerous times and still trying to reach an actual person but have not been successful. All I have been able to do is leave messages and even send several emails and fill out a form online to contact them, and to no surprise have I heard from anyone.
I immediately called my banking institution, closed down my debit card, and filed a fraudulent claim against Fablows. They informed me that I had to wait 14 days to receive a letter of their investigation and a reversal of the charge back into my bank account if they found my claim to be valid.
