Face Mask SOS posted on the app, Offer Up, claiming that they are selling face masks and other PPE items. After going to their site to purchase a face mask on April 6th, I contacted them on April 15th to inquire about the delay. They replied via email on April 17th with a USPS tracking number, but that just shows that a label was created, but nothing has been shipped. I replied back and told them about that. No one replied when I asked for a refund. I emailed them again on April 21st further asking for a refund. After not hearing back from them, I have filed a compliant with the BBB.
