I placed an order at facesocksusa in Nov. The website says MADE in the USA.My account was charged the price I agreed to, the shipping fee I agreed to AND an international tax I knew nothing about. In Jan. I contacted the company through email that I had not received my order. They apologized, blamed covid and offered me a refund on my shipping fee. I never received the refund. Now in March I contact them about my order, still not received and my refund still not received. They tell me that they shipped the item in the time frame guaranteed on the website but they don't know what happened after that. They claim it is difficult to get a response from the logistics company because it's overseas. They refuse to refund my money, although their information shows the package was lost on Jan. 12.
