I purchased products from this company, and they made me wait the entire 32 days for the delivery of the first shipment. They provided tracking numbers twice and then shipped a second package. I never received the products. Halfway through the wait for the second order, I was informed that the first package had been lost in transit. I patiently waited, but after another 32 days, the second tracking number alerted me of a supposed delivery at 1 a.m. I have video surveillance covering my entire home, and no delivery ever took place. I want to warn others and get a refund for my money.

Scammer was promoting Hey Dude shoes for $3.22 each. I was provided a shipping tracking number which seemed relatively quick and after about 6 weeks i contacted them at the email provided wondering where my package was. They have responded every time but will not disclose any details on who the currier is. They just claim to have gotten in touch with the currier them so on my behalf. Then about another 2!weeks went by and I got an email saying that my package was delivered and I received no package. So I emailed them again and in the meantime I did receive a 20% discount due to the delivery delay which was actually credited back to me but I have yet to receive my full refund which I strongly encouraged them to do. I’m still trying to resolve this issue with them but I am not getting anywhere with it. I also have not received any package nor refund

Selling hey dude shoes on fb and it said 3 day shipping on over $35 ordered 17 pair for me and family and gifts been over a month saying on way be patient tried to contact and they won’t give me a courier
