Advertised on Facebook using Garth Brooks, The sharks TV show and Dr. Oz for keto gummies and cleanser to help loose weight. It is all over Facebook and in Facebook games in advertisements.

I have only ordered the keto gummies once but was charged for the cleanser too. I was charged Oct. 18th and again Nov. 22nd 2023. I notified my bank and put a hold on my card and am waiting for a new card to be issued.
