Scammer made a post in a FB group called Bourbon Lovers Market or something similar advertising that he had difficult to find and expensive Bourbon for trade at average prices. He had other dummy accounts vouch for him and make testimonial posts about him being trustworthy and successful deals that he previously fulfilled. After payment was made he requested screenshots of receipts and then provided a fake website for a shipping company and a fake tracking number as well that showed basic shipping information that made it look like the package was successfully shipped and in transit. Throughout the entire deal he would fail to respond randomly and for long periods of time almost like he was logging in and out of multiple accounts or scamming more than one person at a time. He advertised that he was able to ship the fake bottles if needed but then after payment for the bottles was made, he asked for a ridiculously high shipping cost and offered to cover it himself if I added two or more additional bottles to the order. Then the bogus shipping company he allegedly used to send the package would suddenly email me saying the package was being held temporarily because the seller shipped it as "discrete" and "fragile" and therefore needed a temporary "Insurance Credit" that would cost 175$ in order to be allow the package to continue it's journey to me. The bogus shipping co also said there was no need to worry since they would refund 99% of the insurance cost via a refund credit that I would need to give to the delivery man once I got my package from him.
