Me salió una publicidad de que están regalando un iPhone 14 en Amazon por 1$, tenías que aplicar y poner tu tarjeta, luego me meto a mi cuenta y veo que me descontaron 179$ y ahora no sé cómo pedir un reembolso

I was sent an email asking me to fill out a short survey about the store I read the reviews and all were lies so I took a chance then I was asked to pay $7.95 for shipping for a 36 pieces of tipple ware set...next thing I was bill for a purchase for $203.33 USD I tried calling the customer number but no answer a guy called me at home his name is JOE saying I purchase a sweepstake raffle all lies I sent several emails but no reply as yet I finally got an answer and the person took all of my info and then left the line. I asked for my refund put back on my credit card I am still wairing for an answer.i

I seen a kurig single serve coffee maker on fb for 2$, promotional thing. Read other comments, seemed legit. Proceed to do an order. As soon as i out credit card in, it charged me 274.79 US funds. I immediately went back as my card was put on meta paty thru Facebook . Removed my card information immediately. Minutes later got email in junk folder staying my order has been received and will email when its getting shipped. I immediately responded, i wanted my oeder canceled and my money returned. To no avail that my emails were not answered and got a no delivery to recipient email. Called and hot no answer till next day. They refused to refund my money, asked to for the company information and got refused that as well. asked to speak with supervisor, still waiting.
