Received text message about winning a Government Grant. Text was sent from my sister in law's text messenger app. stating that I have been awarded a government grant for up to $150,000 if I paid $6,000 to have money mailed to my address. This person is possing as an Government Agent from Washington, DC and my sister in law. I responded to his texts asking for additional information and he was to sent information. Now, this agent is constantly texting my phone for the security money to be sent to him as soon as possible for FedEx to deliver.
