Hi - On March 24, 2023, someone fraudulently obtained my password for my email address and tried to set up a Facebook page under another name. This all happened between 4:43PM and 5:08PM. Somehow, they succeeded in getting the name Lily Collins to replace mine ((consumer's name redacted by ScamPulse.com Staff)) – with MY email address. I was not home at the time and didn’t find all of this out until around 7PM – they tried to set up an account as LILY COLLINS…LILY COLLINS1…AND LILY COLLINS2. Somehow, the Lily Collins name replaced my name and MY email address is attached. Lily Collins is “unpublished” for 180 days. I have tried Desperately to get my Facebook page back – but, hours of being online have just been a waste of time. Keep going back to the fact that she is “unpublished”…I am (redacted by ScamPulse.com Staff) and their Facebook page is linked to My page “(redacted by ScamPulse.com Staff)” since I am the administrator. PLEASE PLEASE I am desperately in need of help as soon as possible. I have followed suggestions and changed passwords, etc. but have not been successful. I am attaching a copy of the messages sent to my email. PLEASE GOOGLE LILY COLLINS HACK - thousands of people have been affected but Facebook will not help get our accounts corrected. There has to be some way Facebook should be accountable and fix this mess. Thank you.
