To provide clarity to my prior comment, the 'X Homeschool Events' groups on Facebook are community spaces for anyone to post and share homeschool-related events. The overwhelming majority of events posted in these groups are not affiliated with me or BetterSchoolEvents.com. They are organized and run independently by various members of the homeschool community.
BetterSchoolEvents.com is my own startup platform, and while it is open to other organizers, we literally launched just a couple of weeks ago, so currently only my events are posted. While I have been organizing events for three years now, I have only posted a handful of events on BetterSchoolEvents.com, including the Universal trip you might be referring to. However, I have no record of any sales or transactions under your name for any trip or event.
If you can provide evidence, such as a receipt, showing that you lost $50 or any amount due to a transaction with us, I am more than willing to refund you. We take these matters very seriously and aim to maintain transparency and trust within our community.
