They pretended to be fb recovery. My account was recently hacked. And went through steps to “recover” the account. Including verification.

Mark Zuckerberg's agent on Facebook contacted me and said i won a winning prize from Mark and his company. My number was picked. Then the agent introduced me to Mark and his wife Priscilla on Whatsapp video call to prove that he is real person not a "scammer" and then Mark and i started texting. I told him I am deaf i prefer texting. My husband and i paid him a lot of money since May 2020, we never recieve the prize from him. We were supposed to meet up and give us our money but instead he blamed his business depending on him, his new baby came, the government, FBI, his agents/UPSP drivers stole our prize and forced us to repay him again and again for 3 years. We finally realize the red flags that he was lying about everything and the fake checks i deposited in my banks. He forced me to get multiple banks to deposit the checks and i did not even know it was fraud. Some banks warned me if i deposited i will owe them money. He mostly wanted me do Bitcoin, Coinstar, gift cards, and checks that he would loan us some money for gas etc but he wasnt true to his promises. He has been ruining my credit report because of fraud checks. He did showed me some pictures from Joe Biden the president and FBI, Ron Klain as well. I knew it was fake and it was him all the way the whole time. He also have all of my personal information. He did sent me few videos of others won their prizes and debit cards in front of them but there was no captions so i had no clue what they were saying. I still knew from the beginning it was fake and ive read the reviews of him and his business. A lot of them said there was no Facebook promotion and it never exists! So I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

I was having problems with my Facebook. Called phone #800-493-7562- A guy by the name of Denny answered and stated that he would be able to assist me. He requested that I go into my computer - requested my IPS address - claiming that this how scammers were able to get into my account. They were able to get in my zelle account set up name Denny Kesack at [email protected] the amount of $490.00.He claimed that the amount would not go thru - He attempted to take another $310- but it failed. My Zelle was deactivated - so no further monies could be withdrawn. Also tried to take money to be sent to BUNNY HUNG at (773) 706-3670 - also failed. Have to be super careful when trying to contact Facebook, finally got the correct person to assist me.

Called number on Google, they answered, I ask were they Facebook, they sa8d yes again. I told them my Facebook account was hacked, they said they could help me. After giving them my facebook name, they already had phone number they told me that someone was using my information on faceboik market place, cryto and cashapp..They told me to go to playstore and install MySpace, to get into my phone to stop these payments. I told them they couldn't get money because I have non..I was told it was taken place tha5 day. They send a code, I accepted and they things went so fast, like ok, I'm taking the money back from your these places, put it back in your account and then delte it all, all while im seeing something from mu bank in messaging and asking them wait, what was that and alway. No worries we letting your bank know what happened, they knew my bank. I am out $850.00.

I was so devastated, went to my bank, talked with them ,manager, fraud department, I was definitely scammed, had to close that account and get a new account. Google allows these fake numbers for Facebook, Facebook does not have a number for customers I found out. I'm 63 yrs old, on a fixed income, I had 60 people on my Facebook, family and closed friends only, I don't get to communicate with them..it was has been stolen, Facebook locked me out Feb 17th i was never able to get back in no matter what not even now. How come Facebook has no number, how can Google not regulate scam on their site. I live out of state. My Facebook page was only family and friends.

My Facebook has been hacked. We noticed it a month ago. My phone number has been spoofed. The messages indicate I'm making money. My husband says he found a listing that says I own a t-shirt business. When I check my email address on the map it pins to Minnesota and Missouri.

- Barnesville, OH, USA

They are asking for bank statements, credit card copies etc etc in order to reset my Facebook password
