I was contacted on facebook marketplace regarding a truck I am selling. The potential buyer claimed they would pay cash, 37000$, for the truck as long as I provided them with a vehicle accident report from a suspicious website. I even provided them with a current carfax, but that was not good enough. They were very adamant that I use this site. The spelling of the domain was very odd "autoscheckpro.com", and it was even more odd that I could not locate the site using a simple google search. The only way I could open the site was from a link on the chat thread while using my phone. Before I proceeded to provide credit card information to the site, I ran the domain through Chatgpt 4 to verify the validity of the site and it came up that it was most likely a scam. The source was scam detector, a reputable scam detection website, that lead me to an article posted by the ScamPulse.com about accident history report scams. I hope you post this information to the world to protect others from this kind of scam tactic.

I contacted a person on Facebook market about an RV for sale for 1,200 dollars. She stated that she was selling it for her aunt and gave me her email address. I contacted her and was told she just wanted rid of it as her husband just died. She stated that she would like to go through Ebay, as it was secure for her as well as me. I received an invoice from Ebay Motors protection services. It looked legit, but I realized that there's no shipping charges, which made me question the entire thing. I called the number that was provided on the invoice and spoke to David, he said everything was fine, and the RV was in their secure warehouse in Montana. I hung up and checked with ScamPulse.com and found there was no listing for them in Montana. I called back and spoke to David again and when I told him that there was no Ebay in Montana, he hung up on me. I tried to call back but got no answer.
