Person has orchids for sell on Facebook Marketplace. I contacted the seller and then placed an order. I cash app'ed him the 210.00 for the plants. He said he would mail them out by 3:00 PM and he did not. At 6:30 PM he messaged me again and said he needed an additional 100.00 for shipping insurance charges. I told him that I would not send him any more money. I asked for his local address so that I could go pick up the plants and he would not give it to me. I asked who the shipping carrier was so that I could contact them directly and he refused to give me that information as well. I asked repeatedly for a refund and was told that it was not possible. Seller has now blocked me and refuses to have any contact with me.
