I ordered 4 pairs of Christmas pajamas off an ad on Facebook that claimed it was old navy. I should have realized it was a scam when they redirected me to a site that was not old navy. It was something like flashsale.com but not sure exactly what it was. So i ordered the pajamas and after about 20 days, it said it was delivered. I did not receive anything. I contacted customer service and they said it was delivered. They said i needed to check with my neighbors and my post office and that i would need to file a claim with logistics before they would even consider helping me. I told them i would just contact my bank about canceling the payment since this is obviously a scam. They came back and said they talked to logistics and apparently they shipped me the wrong product. They said they shipped polarized sunglasses and i need to send these back to get what i ordered sent out again. I told them i did not receive any packages and i did not want the pjs anymore since they would not arrive by Christmas. I told them i want a refund. They said they are losing a lot of money and they need me to send back the sunglasses. I told them again i did not receive any packages. If i had, i would have said that and sent them back, as i really wanted my family Christmas pjs. They then accused me of lying and stealing and again told me how much money they were losing. I told them this is unacceptable and unprofessional to blame their mistakes on me. I told them I'm losing money and time because of them and they need to refund me and apologize. They came back and again accused me of lying, saying they were surprised i didn't receive the wrong product they sent. I told them it's ridiculous that you not only sent the wrong product that i didn't even receive it but now they are making it my problem. I told them not to contact me again unless it was to tell me they were giving me a refund. They wrote back and said all they could offer was a 10% refund since they didn't get their sunglasses back. Which again, i never received ANY packages. I told them that is unacceptable and that i will be contacting my bank and the Better Business Bureau. They wrote back and said the best they could do was 20%. I told them not to contact me again unless it was too offer a 100% refund or i would consider it harassment. That was this morning. My husband is currently on the phone with our bank getting the payment canceled.
