I made an order on September 11, 2023- order number- 00016189. I was told the order was going to be delayed because it had to be made in a different country so I tried to cancel the order. They would not. I did not receive the order until October 13;2023. After I received the order one sweatshirt was not the item I ordered. I contacted the company for a return label as stated in their return policy so I would not have to pay for shipping. The sent a response that they were out of return labels so I would have to pay for the return. I would have kept the item but I had no idea what the screen print on the sweatshirt meant. I had ordered a Shakespeare sweatshirt. I returned the item through the USPS on November 7 ,2023. The cost was $8.40. As of today I have not received a refund. When I sent the refund I included all the information they required. I inquired about my refund yesterday December 11,2023 and received an email this morning asking for all the information I sent and the proof I sent it back. This company is doing everything to not send the refund. I am not as upset about the money but the way I was treated as a customer. I do not want anyone to order from this company. This ad is on Facebook often. Their information: Darkacademias. Order plus International Limited. Address: Room 702, 7/F,SPA CENTRE, NO. 53-55 LOCKHART ROAD, WAN CHAI,HONGKONG.
