the person reached out to me through facebook and offered to sell me their tickets to a local concert. After i paid them for the tickets through Zelle they stopped answering my messages and never sent me the tickets. Zelle declined my request to cancel the payment but i filed a claim and alerted them to the fact that this account is a scammer. I also altered facebook of his scam as well.
