Contacted them about a dog for adoption. after many questions answered and I looked him up and he had rave reviews I put a deposit down for a puppy. He said he would deliver it the next day. My first red flag was when he asked me to zelle the deposit to a different person. He explained away that it was his sons account. The next morning he contact me to say he was not feeling well and would not be able to deliver the puppy. He offered a delivery service and No charge. So I agreed. A company called global quick shippers contacted me to confirm my address for delivery. A Driver also contact me. I confirmed my address and then I received a email asking for a Insurance deposit that would be refunded to me upon delivery. When I inquired to as to where I have to make the payment since there was no link I was told by the shipper and the driver to make it thru Zelle. My alarm bells went off since I know I have NO recourse once money is sent that way. After multiple messages back and forth with them telling me not to worry that I will get it back and then trying to pull at my heart strings that the delivery company had the dog and would not give it back to the shipper without payment, I refused and told both parties such. I told them I had nothing in writing stating these terms nor did I hire the shipping company so I was not going to pay. I asked the breeder to get the dog back and I would come pick it up and he told me I would have to pay him to do that .

I asked why he would give a live animal to them with out the details sorted out? He said he dealt with this shipper a lot and never had a problem. I asked him if he had experience with them why did he not disclosure any of this to me before ? No answer, I asked him multiple time to call me and he would on message me on Facebook. I am devastated by this whole process. I asked him for my deposit back and have not heard from him since. Lesson Learned.

This was described as a BUCK model 110 automatic knife available for $24ea + shipping. Buy 2 get 10% off.

Waited approximately 8 weeks. Never received the item. I contacted paypal. They in turn contacted this advertiser that I had requested a refund. I then received an email that they were shipping the product immediately.

It ha been approximately 5 weeks and I just received 2 smaller framed lower quality folding lockblade knives by mail from a Chasidy Lindsey, 11700 Gloger St, Houston TX 77039.

Again, not even close to what was axvertised.

Found an immaculate yamaha piano on marketplace listed for free

Contacted the seller and she was selling on behalf of her sister for which she gave me the ID for.

When I sent an email to that email ID, I got this reply

Hi XXX,

My sister told me about you, and I would really love to give it to you. I have told her to take it off from the market place since you are interested in taking it…. The Yamaha Piano used to be owned and played by my husband who is now deceased and it was last tuned in January before he passed away. I'm almost done moving my properties and I don't think my husband will be happy if I sell his piano, at the same time I'm not happy seeing it around because of less storage I have in my new house so I'm hoping to give it out to someone who is a passionate lover of the instrument. It's currently with the movers I hired to move my properties from my house.. if you really don't mind making new arrangements with the movers, I can attempt to get in touch with them. This should not attract too many charges since the distance can be recovered within a day..I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but do let me know if you wish that I get through to the movers. Just so you know I'm not giving out a scrap or a waste, it’s in immaculate condition.

Offered a spending card subsidy for inflation. Then told i wad enrolled in health insurance through the Market Place that I do not need or want. When I spoke that.. I was told that I would be recieving a card in the mail in 7 to 10 days and the scammer hung up. When I called back I spoke to a different person that hung up when I said that I do not want this insurance.

They put an app on Facebook using the store Kohls and they had all type of women clothing shoes jewelry as if the real app Kohl's. You are the clothes and everything like the real store and then once you make your final purchase you put in your card and everything and then they take your money. The app doesn't let you know a tracking number give you a receipt number or anything it just take from cash app which is hooked with my bank account Navy Federal. It's no way of contacting the person on cash app what they use is YAKL Kaeyi . It's no way of getting in contact with anyone and I don't see the name on Facebook anymore.

They took the money and I didn't get the merchandise that I ordered and I need my money back. This has got to stop they need to get a real job this is ridiculous.

Madelyn Colins is the admin of a Facebook group called “Carolina Hurricanes Tickets Buy and Sell ??” she poses as a middle man between the buyer and “seller” under the guise of making things more legit. She never transferred tickets into my name.

I saw an ad on Facebook for USPS FOREVER stamps. The purchase was through Paypal. After the purchase I received an order number email from USPS-STAMPS for $34.00. I also received an email from Paypal with a different transaction number for WillardArcher Trading Co. LTD also for $34.00. The "stamps" arrived about a week later. They were stickers with similar picture to the stamps. Not real stamps. The stickers package had a return address of JELENA LAZIC, 6542 Sunny LN, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

I placed an order for a maxi aqua dress and leopard top on Feb 15. Paid it thru Venmo. Never received tracking or items. I asked numerous times where my order is at. She tells me she is sending me another replacement package. Same deal on that. No tracking and no package. I have asked numerous times for tracking and never got it. I opened dispute with Venmo. I want a refund! Dont order from this woman! Later I read some posts that she has done this to numerous people.

My wife wanted to rehome a yorkie puppy, Lady asked for 100.00 gift card.(Take picture and send) Sat.23rd. Guy texted Sun.24th.tried to say who told you 100.00? My wife knows it"s 200.00 .Tells my wife he needs another 100.00 to cover vet check (says vet bill is 150.00) She sent another 100.00. We thought he was going to deliver on Sunday 24th.He texted that he had had an accident and sent a picture of a damaged car.(I think it was fake) Then he texted that he would have to fly the dog to us. He then said his cat carrier was not suitable for airline travel ,whatever, we need a special type send 100.00 more. We refused as we don't have any more money.. He said call family or friends and borrow it. We said no. He got mad . keeps texting asking for money. Facebook claims he hasn't violated any community standards, both should be sued for scamming, theft by deception, wire fraud, facilitating fraud etc.. on a Federal level.

I contacted Ralph about my hacked email account. He charged me 85.00 which I paid by pay pal and I did it as public and he got all upset and told me it was to be family and friends so supposedly he refunded my money and I still dont have it back. He then told me the hacker that took my account did alot of damage and he had to buy hardware for 155.00 so I believed him. He only wanted payment in gift cards or apple cards. So I did it. Then he supposedly had it all set and then couldnt get it working again. Had to get more hardware so by this time I know what I am dealing with. He then said he would pay half of the hardware money he needed for another issue so I owed him 70.00 so I did it again. Once again, he started arguing with me and telling me I owed him half and he wouldnt give me my info and now. He keeps contacting me and telling me if i give him 50.00 he will get me everything. I am done and I told him if he doesnt give me the info I need and paid for I was reporting him. He also said, with the Facebook recovery since it has started I will be charged 1000.00 and I will be going to jail because of this. Please help me.

Ordered an ice maker from a Facebook ad. Never arrived. Several emails to business with excuses that the item was shipped but was lost in transit. Tracking number never worked. Was told the item was delivered to Florida. I live in California. Buyer beware. Lots of fake ads on Facebook. Should be called Facebook
