This place charged me 40.00 for I don't know what, I don't have a phone number or anything to call them and get my money back. But I'm trying to get my money back, but it's been very hard to do so. This place needs to be stopped its taking people's money. I know this it's a large amount of money but to me it is and I really need my money back .

I was told when calling a phone number that I had downloaded a weight loss app. I don't recall ever doing so and wouldn't agree to pay a subscription for it had I actually downloaded the app.

When talking to customer service, they would not give me a refund but did give me a cancellation code. I tried to resolve this twice and to see if could get legitimate help and get my money back, the second individual sounded like I woke her from a nap. This does not come across as a legit company.
