ordered a Rotating Plastic Puzzle Board with Drawers and Cover from the website on 9/21/24. I emailed them on 10/4/24 about the lack of shipment. Email sent to me on 10/5/24 stating the item was shipped. It arrived on 10/18/24 from China. What was enclosed was a 1000 piece puzzle and not the item I ordered. I immediately sent an email requesting a refund and had no response.
