Today is November 30, 2020. On October 28, 2020 I ordered 2 GPS trackers for my dogs. The company quickly deducted $56.20 from my account. After several weeks I reached out to inquire about shipping information. I did receive an email back stating they had 21 days to ship. Another week went by, when I tried to log into my customer account, I received an error stating that no profile under my email existed. I tried calling the customer service number, which rang roughly 20 times, on multiple occasions. No one ever answers. I have sent several other emails and have received no response. When I googled the physical address for the "Business" it does not exist.

I ordered the GPS dog tracker as well and first time out with it the back fell off, not to be found. Piece of crap and like the previous note here, I can not find them on FB anymore. I emailed the company (if it really is one!) and they said not refundable. [censored]! $28!

I also ordered a GPS tracking device of off Facebook. I also did not get an email confirmation. The money has come out of my M/C and I have not received the tracker or any email updates. It has been almost a month since the money was taken out and about over a month since I ordered it.

Ordered a dog GPS. The purchase went through and was taken out of my bank account. However, I never received an order confirmation through email and I never received a reply back from the email I sent asking for an update. Never received the product either.

Ordered a dog GPS tracker. Received no email confirmation. Had to contact them via email provided through PayPal. They said they don't keep tracking numbers. A lie, because the package that arrived had a tracking #. I suspect it was only after receiving my email that they sent out the package. It was postmarked a day after my email.

Followed the instructions and downloaded the app. It never opens. Similar complaints on Google play store. Of course in their advertising, they never mentioned the apps name, so there was no way to see the bad reviews.

I ordered 2 GPS dog tracking devices and the money was taken from my account immediately and no email confirmation was sent and now cannot find the ad on Facebook. If you search FB for Factory 89 LLC you come up with a clothing company and they are not a LLC. The address listed on my bank statement of where they are is an address that you can set up a business without operating in that state, 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801. I called the Chamber Of Commerece for Sheridan, WY and was told that every complaint they have had on this address for business' online have all been a scams. I also have reached out to the WY Coporate Office (30 N Gould) and was told by them that scamers us their address often. I have also searched the Internet and can only find complaints similar to mine. No product sent and no response in email about invoice.
