Ordered a IPhone on December 3 2023 they provided a tracking # on something that was ordered on Nov 27,2023 and was Misdelivered to whom ever. So they tell me they are reshipping ,I provided my Address again . And again the package was Misdelivered . They were supposed to retrieve the package in Brooklyn, NY when I live in Erin NY. And never did . And they’re not responding . I want my money back

Website looks credible and sells many types of electronics. Purchased 1-18 and no way to contact company as no one answers the phone or responds to email. It is 2/9 and I was purchasing a replacement iPhone, so I been without a phone for 3 weeks and I should have received in less than a week.

I ordered an iPhone 13 on December 31, 2023. It is now February 2, 2024. It never came. When I tried to call, all numbers tell you to email them from their website. I emailed twice and never received a response.

I attempted to buy a factory refurbished phone. They withdrew the money from my bank account. The number on the website is a neverending run around. You can't talk to a human and can't leave a message. The email only sends me and auto reply. It's just a scam for ripping people off. The

ordered a refurbished phone on 12/10/23, shows it shipped on 12/22/23 with no tracking number which was supposed to be provided. never received the item. I called everyday, (just a recording) and sent many many emails which I never received a response. The website shows a trusted site seal in the corner but that is fake. I now have a dispute with my credit card co.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone12 pro for my daughter for Christmas on December 9, 2023 from this company. I was told I would get a confirmation email but never received one. The payment came out of my credit card on December 10. I emailed them on December 12 asking when my order would ship. I received a reply from "Jessica" saying that due to the holiday rush, there was an extremely large number of orders processing which may cause extended delays and/or service time, and that I would get an email when the order is sent to fulfillment and additional information regarding delivery at that time. It was a nice email and I thought everything was on track, just delayed because of the holidays. In my account with the company, it said on Dec. 17 that my order was preparing for shipment. I sent an email on the 20th and did not get a reply. On Dec. 22, it said my order had shipped, but I received no carrier name or tracking number. I waited until Jan. 3rd and sent another email asking if they could provide me with the carrier name and tracking number. I did not get any response to this email. I sent another email on Jan. 18th letting them know I have still not received my order and asking if they could please check into it for me. I did not get any response to that email, either. I sent another email on Jan. 22nd, one month after it was supposed to have shipped, letting them know that I had still not received my order and asking how we can resolve this matter. I did not get any response to that email either, so I contacted my credit card company today (Jan. 24th) and filed a dispute. Upon reading reviews left for Factory Discount Store, what happened to me was apparently the experience of most of the people who placed orders with them. They take your money right away and nobody ever received anything.

The website appears to be Trust Pilot verified and reviews seem real. They take an order, produce an invoice. If you email looking for your order you get an email that they will contact you soon. If you call it seems legit until the number disconnects when you try to talk to a person.

Placed two orders for Iphones on 12/4 and 12/7 2023after high reviews on TrustPilot. No response to numerous email, ticket and text inquiries. Website stated delivery by 12/22/2023 and only updated as shipped after several email inquiries on 12/21/2022. As of today's date, 01/08/24 I have not received the phones or any response to my inquiries.

I ordered and paid for an iPhone 13 Pro on 12/11/23. The website says it takes about 7dsys to receive your order and they would email me when the order shipped and I can always check my order history on their website. I've called them and it's just a recording. You can't leave a message or talk to anyone. I have never received one email from them. I have emailed them numerous times without a response. According to there website it says my payment was processed and my phone was shipped. I received no email with a tracking number and the spot is blank on there website where the tracking number is supposed to be. They have done nothing they said they would on their website except take my money.

Ordered an iphone through the website got no receipt of order email like the website stated so i mailed the contact email and was sent a confirmation email the next day. Order stated would arrive before December 22nd but never received to I emailed the company on 12/23/23 and attemptex to call the number listed on the website. The number just goes to an automated system with no way to reach a person. Sent a few more emails and a service ticket on their website with no response at all and never received the merchandise but my credit card was charged the day after the order which was placed on 12/9/23

I order a cell phone via the website. No update has been received, no one answers phone nor do they respond to emails. I have tried contacting them for a week and still have received no response from anyone. I requested my money back and that the order is to be cancelled and still no response. Please help!

phone number listed is invalid. I sent numerous emails in reference to this matter no response. There is NO TRACKING NUMBER EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS A SCAM. ORDER PLACED ON 12/14/23 SHIPPED ON 12/23/23 BUT THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION. IAM SEEKING A REFUND

Offered discount refurbished phones for sale on website but no phone ever delivered after payment. No response to customer service inquiry. There were links to TrustPilot that seemed to support it was a legitimate site but now I see many other complaints from other customers.

(Address listed on website is Factory Discount Store 6 Kilmer Rd Edison, NJ, 08817. However address on my credit card statement was 55 MORGAN ST, EASTCHESTER, NY 10709)
