Placed order for clothing advertised on Facebook by this company for total of 53.00 on 6/5/23. Company claims they sent items using a Global tracking number and claims the items were delivered. Nothing has been delivered and its now 7/8/23. Emailed this company for the refund and they will not send the money back. They keep saying they have documentation the items were delivered but can not tell me where. This company is defrauding people by using this fake company and taking peoples money with no products in return. They are scamming by using our information for this issue. I will close this account online, and just be out the money since I do not see them refunding. Warn people to not use this company, since they do not send products and just take your money. Now you are reporting that the package has been lost and you are requesting claiming compensation, but we cannot claim compensation from the courier for the package that has been signed for.
