Found this website on Google when searching for an unlocked I phone. The banner read Factory Discount Store com January Clearance Sale Up to 70% off. They listed a number of supposedly refurbished I phones with factory spec sheets at attractive prices. They used a Trust Pilot logo on the ad page. I paid $240.00 to order what they listed as an iPhone 13 pro. They also listed an address, phone # & customer service e-mail address, and boasted of personal service & steady cancellation of return policy.I have never received anything but an autogenerated response saying they would get in touch wiyh me. All listed contact #s are dead ends and reviews when you check them I trust Pilot are around 88% 1 star negative from people who never received any product. The order was made on January 16th 2024. The website has since been taken down & only negative reviews can be found.

Ordered iPhone on 12/9/23. Shipped on 12/22/23. Will not respond to emails requesting tracking information. WILL NOT PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION. No good contact for Factory Discount Store, cannot speak to anyone. Total SCAM!!!
